01Quick Start
- Choose Faculty Studio or Student Studio.
- Enter your basic information.
- Select + in any timetable cell.
- Add a Course, Office Hours, or Activity.
- Edit, copy, or repeat entries as needed.
- Use Save Project if you want to continue later.
- Use Print / Save PDF when your schedule is ready.
Your PDF is automatically prepared as A4 Landscape — one page.
02Build a Schedule
The editor shows Sunday through Thursday and all 12 approved periods. The break after Period 4 is intentionally highlighted.
Select + inside a cell to add an item. Select an existing item to edit it. A cell may contain more than one item.
To remove one item, open it and select Delete. Other items in the same cell remain unchanged.
03Faculty & Student Modes
Faculty Studio supports a faculty name plus optional contact information such as email, phone, extension, and mobile.
Student Studio uses a flexible Student Name / Group field and a simpler identity panel while keeping the same schedule engine.
Choose an Academic Year and Semester. When available, Free Entry lets you enter a custom value.
04Courses, Office Hours & Activities
Course: enter a Course Code, type, optional gender, Major, Room, and Section. Major and Section can use predefined choices or Free Entry.
Office Hours: displayed as OH. Room is optional.
Activity: use this for meetings, committees, workshops, academic duties, or another scheduled activity. Location is optional.
VELORA uses distinct colors for Theory, Practical, Clinical, Office Hours, and Activity so the timetable stays easy to scan.
05Copy & Paste
Use Copy when the entire contents of one timetable cell should be repeated elsewhere.
Then choose Paste in the destination cell. VELORA copies every item in the source cell exactly.
This is especially useful for repeated teaching patterns across days or periods.
06Save & Load
Save Project downloads a VELORA project file containing your current schedule and settings so you can continue editing later.
Load Project restores a previously saved VELORA project file.
Save Project is not the same as PDF. Use it when you want to continue editing.
Clear All starts a new schedule. Save first if you may need the current project again.
07Print / Save PDF
Select Print / Save PDF when the schedule is complete. VELORA prepares the output as A4 Landscape — one page.
Periods 1–8 are always included. If the last occupied period is 9, 10, 11, or 12, the PDF expands only through that period.
Empty late-period columns are not added unnecessarily.
08Mobile & Keyboard
On smaller screens, the timetable stays a real timetable and can be moved horizontally. This preserves the relationship between days and periods.
Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move through controls. Timetable items can be opened with Enter. Press Esc to close an open dialog.
09Privacy
Your schedule content is not collected for product analytics.
VELORA Insights may measure anonymous product actions such as whether a schedule was started, saved, or printed. It does not collect faculty names, student names, emails, phone numbers, Course Codes, Rooms, Sections, or timetable content.
No identity.No content.No cross-session tracking.
